Fooze works LLP was formed in 2016 by Kartik Pendse & Shivam Limaye, a venture to create the brand Fooze as a café/restaurant.

The idea of Fooze was formed in 2013 at house party arranged by the founders- Food + Booze became Fooze!

Kartik Pendse an alumini from Singhania School and IHM Dadar which is one of the prestigious colleges for Hotel management studies. His meticulous attention to detail, love for food and in depth planning skills is what he’s known for. He brings immense knowledge about food and innovative business ideas for the growth of the company.

Shivam Limaye an alumini from Singhania School and SIES GST (Engineering), had been keen on forming a company in the FnB sector. He’s known for his people skills, troubleshooting of issues and creative inputs.

After completing his engineering and getting a job at an MNC, Kartik and Shivam would meet everyday working on Project Fooze, planning recipes & operations with the dream of having their own brand in the top FnB brands in India. 

Fooze was prelaunched at an event called the Upvan Arts Festival, where the company got validation with regards to their product and concept. Further on 1st April 2017 the company opened up it’s first sit-down joint at Hiranandani Meadows, Thane. Currently we have outlets in Thane, Borivali IC & BKC.

The Hero product at Fooze is called the FTB aka FORGET THE BUNS which is a burger without the buns- Bed of fries, salad, juicy patty with cheese sauce!

The company wants to build a network of homegrown F&B brands in India with the focus on community building through food, people, innovation & technology.
